Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

OncoDelta is operated by Endpoint One LLC (“we”, “us”), an Illinois limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect when you use oncodelta.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who this applies to

OncoDelta is a business tool for healthcare professionals, researchers, payers and life-sciences organisations. It is not intended for patients or for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

What we collect

Information you give us when you request access or contact us:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Organisation
  • Professional role
  • Anything you write in a source suggestion, correction or enquiry

Information generated as you use the platform:

  • Sign-in events — when you log in, and how many times
  • Which drug and tumour-type pages you open. We record this so we can see which areas of the catalogue are useful and where to invest curation effort.
  • Requests you make through in-product buttons, such as asking for a total cost of care analysis
  • Standard technical data your browser sends, including IP address and browser type

We do not collect patient data, medical records, or any information about your own health. The clinical figures in OncoDelta come from published literature and public registries, not from patients.

Why we collect it

  • To give you access. Every request is reviewed by a person before access is granted.
  • To operate the platform — authentication, security, support.
  • To improve the product. Knowing which areas get used tells us what to curate next.
  • To contact you about your account or a request you made.

Where the GDPR applies, our lawful basis is your consent for account creation and our legitimate interest in operating and improving a professional tool for the rest.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share individual usage data with pharmaceutical companies or any other third party for advertising or commercial targeting. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first — we will not make that change quietly.

Who processes data for us

These providers handle data on our behalf so the platform can function:

  • Supabase — database, authentication and hosting of account records
  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery
  • Anthropic — powers the in-product evidence assistant; your questions are processed to generate an answer
  • Microsoft 365 / Google — email correspondence

Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Account records are kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after it is closed or archived, so we can recognise repeat requests. Usage records are kept for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete your account sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share it, but the right stands. To exercise any of these, email oncodelta@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers, and access to account records is limited to administrators. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers store data in the United States. If you access OncoDelta from elsewhere, your information will be transferred here.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders.

Terms & Conditions

Last updated September 2026

These terms govern your use of OncoDelta, operated by Endpoint One LLC. By requesting access or using the platform, you agree to them.

Access

Access is granted at our discretion, on request, and may be withdrawn at any time. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Accounts are for one named individual and must not be shared.

What you may do

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use OncoDelta for your own professional research, evaluation and internal analysis.

What you may not do

  • Republish, resell or redistribute the curated dataset or any substantial part of it
  • Scrape, crawl or systematically extract content
  • Reverse engineer the platform or attempt to access data you have not been granted
  • Present OncoDelta content as your own work, or strip source attribution from it
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of professional obligations

Accuracy and no warranty

We curate carefully and every figure is traceable to a published source, but OncoDelta is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current or error-free. Clinical evidence changes; a figure correct at curation may be superseded.

You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on against the primary source, which we link for exactly that purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endpoint One LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

Intellectual property

The curation, structure, analysis and presentation are our intellectual property. The underlying clinical findings belong to the researchers and publishers who produced them and are cited accordingly.

Content you submit

If you suggest a source or a correction, you grant us permission to use it to improve the platform. Do not submit confidential, proprietary or patient-identifying information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located there.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Medical Disclaimer

Last updated September 2026

OncoDelta does not provide medical advice. Nothing on this platform should be used to diagnose, treat, or make decisions about the care of any individual patient.

What OncoDelta is

A research and evidence-intelligence tool for healthcare professionals, health economics and outcomes research teams, payers and life-sciences organisations. It compares published clinical trial results against published real-world outcomes for selected drug–indication pairs.

What it is not

  • It is not a clinical decision support system.
  • It does not establish a doctor–patient relationship.
  • It is not a substitute for clinical judgement, the prescribing information, or applicable treatment guidelines.
  • It is not a substitute for reading the primary literature.

Limitations you should understand

Real-world evidence is not trial evidence. Real-world studies differ from randomised trials in population, follow-up, endpoint definition and the potential for confounding. A difference between a trial result and a real-world result may reflect those methodological differences rather than a true difference in how the drug performs.

Populations differ. Trial participants are typically younger, fitter and have fewer comorbidities than patients treated in routine practice.

Evidence moves. Figures reflect the sources available at the time of curation. Newer data may supersede them.

Cost figures are indicative. Any price shown is a list price for orientation only. It is not a quotation, does not reflect negotiated or net prices, and is not a total cost of care.

Your responsibility

Verify any figure against the linked primary source before relying on it. Treatment decisions must be made by a qualified clinician with knowledge of the individual patient. If you are a patient, speak to your own doctor — do not use this platform to make decisions about your care.

Reporting an error

If you believe a figure is wrong, tell us. Use the “Suggest an edit” option in the platform or email oncodelta@gmail.com. We take corrections seriously and review every one.

Data Sources & Attribution

Last updated September 2026

Every clinical figure in OncoDelta is drawn from a published, citable source. We do not generate clinical data and we do not estimate figures that we cannot attribute.

Where the data comes from

  • Peer-reviewed journals — including the New England Journal of Medicine, The Lancet and Lancet specialty titles, Journal of Clinical Oncology, Nature Medicine, Blood, and Clinical Cancer Research
  • ClinicalTrials.gov — trial registrations, design and status, maintained by the US National Library of Medicine
  • US Food and Drug Administration — approval notices, labelling and indication wording
  • Conference proceedings — ASCO, ASH, ESMO and EHA abstracts and presentations
  • PubMed — for identification and verification of publications

How trial identifiers are verified

Each curated pair is linked to the registration of its pivotal trial. Identifiers are confirmed by sight against a journal’s own registration statement, an FDA approval notice, or the registry record itself — not copied from secondary citations, which we have found to contain transcription errors.

Of 150 curated pairs, 147 carry a verified ClinicalTrials.gov identifier. Three do not, and are shown without one rather than with a guess:

  • One approval rests on a pooled analysis across several trials, so no single pivotal registration applies
  • One is an academic study registered outside ClinicalTrials.gov
  • One enrolled before trial registration was required

Clinical review

Curated indications are reviewed by practising clinicians before publication. Review reduces error; it does not eliminate it. Please report anything that looks wrong.

Attribution and independence

All trademarks, trial names and publications belong to their respective owners. OncoDelta is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ClinicalTrials.gov, the FDA, the National Library of Medicine, ASCO, ASH, ESMO, EHA, any journal, or any pharmaceutical manufacturer. Drug and brand names are used for identification only.

Where content is reproduced from a source, it is cited and linked. We summarise and link rather than republish, and we encourage you to read the original.

Cookie & SMS Consent

Last updated September 2026

Cookies and local storage

We use the minimum necessary to make the platform work. Specifically:

  • Authentication. When you sign in, your session is stored in your browser so you stay signed in between pages. Without this you could not use the platform.
  • Preferences. Small values remembering your last selection, so the page opens where you left it.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, or cross-site behavioural advertising pixels. We do not run ad networks on this site.

You can clear these at any time through your browser settings. Clearing the authentication entry signs you out.

If we add analytics or advertising technology later, we will update this page and present a consent choice before any non-essential cookie is set.

Email

We email you about your access request, your account, and anything you have asked us about. We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it. Any marketing email we do send will include an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing will not affect your access.

SMS

We do not currently send SMS or text messages. We do not ask for your phone number and we do not share numbers with anyone.

If we introduce SMS in future it will be opt-in only: you would have to agree explicitly, message frequency and rates would be disclosed at sign-up, replying STOP would end all messages, and consent would never be a condition of access.
